Functions:
- Implement and monitor the quality management system for Concrete and Finished Product in all company projects;
- Perform tests and analyses of fresh and hardened concrete;
- Make records and issue quality reports and monitor non-compliances;
- Monitor production on a daily basis;
- Train and sensitize teams about the quality requirements of Concrete;
- Monitor quality control in the laboratory and tests in accordance with applicable standards;
- Perform periodic tests and tests on the Finished Product;
- Ensure the inspection and control of finished products;
- Ensure the interface with customers and suppliers to ensure the compliance of concrete and finished products.
Profile:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or similar areas (preferred);
- Minimum previous experience of 3 years in similar functions (mandatory);
- In-depth knowledge of concrete quality standards and regulations (mandatory);
- Proficiency in quality management software;
- Interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work as a team.
